We study the interlayer pairing states in layered systems of two different 2d electronic subsystems, one with relativistic linear and other nonrelativistic parabolic spectrum. The complex order parameter paired state has a two-component structure. investigate formation on mean-field level, determine critical interaction strength evaluate effective potential. anisotropic three-band spectrum quasiparticles depends explicitly phase difference components, rotates momentum space as it changes, exhibits strong band deformation due to pairing. leads fusion hybridization initially decoupled bands. quasiparticle shape deformed Dirac cones vicinity touching points between neighboring density number specific features deformation, such van Hove singularity.
